NOTR - The Jesuits & Justice Scalia - 3.17.16

Today's Show: THE JESUITS & JUSTICE SCALIA

Chris discusses a new article from America Magazine -- the Jesuit Publication -- that has attacked the late Justice Antonin Scalia and his views of the U.S. Constitution.  The reason is because of Scalia's stand on the literal and original interpretation of the Constitution in contrast to the activist view of an evolving interpretation that changes from one generation to the next.  Since the Jesuits are known throughout history for their methods of sophistry (illogical argumentation), can it be any surprise to see them in opposition to Scalia?
