TARES AMONG THE WHEAT

"I have now watched your excellent 'Tares Among the Wheat' film four times.  I am fully convinced that both Vaticanus and Sinaiticus are corrupted documents and I believe the evidence you present in your film overwhelmingly supports this fact.  I feel that this whole affair has been completely overlooked by most Christians which is a tragedy. I also think that staunch defenders of Sinaitucus and Vaticanus ... would have a very difficult time defending their claims against the evidence you provide in your film." -- Gareth Yendle, United Kingdom

The Berean Call Praises Hidden Faith Documentary

"TBC believes that The Hidden Faith of the Founding Fathers presents a perspective that is more historically accurate than the popular "Christian History" writers who in effect glorify the Constitution over God's Word and glamorize Washington, D.C. as a "Christian" capital." -- TBC Newsletter, 2012

"When I first encountered his film, I set out to prove that Pinto was wrong.  But after some investigation, I realized I couldn't, and neither could anybody else."  -- Brannon Howse of World View Weekend on "The Hidden Faith of the Founding Fathers"

NETWORK CANCELS DAVID BARTON'S RADIO SHOW WHILE ON THE AIR

The Moody Broadcast Network station in East Texas, KBJS-FM canceled David Barton’s Wallbuilders Live radio program during the show yesterday while Barton was discussing Glenn Beck’s religious beliefs. Randy Featherstone, KBJS manager, said the show was dropped due to Barton’s failure to distinguish between Mormon theology and Christianity. “When David Barton said it doesn’t matter whether you are a Mormon or a Baptist or a Methodist, we felt we had to do something,” Featherstone explained. On the Tuesday program, Barton played audio of Glenn Beck saying that “the Lord Jesus Christ is my Savior and my Redeemer.” Then Barton said he believed that Beck was a Christian based on...

THE CALVARY CHAPEL DAVID BARTON CONNECTION

After Understand the Times uncovered David Barton’s agenda in a News Alert posted May 12, 2011, some contacted us and asked the question: why would David Barton attempt to convince Calvary Chapel church audiences that America’s Founding Fathers were Christians by appearing to manipulate the words of the Founding Father documents? What would be the motive behind him doing this? Some also asked, could the motive be for money...

DAVID BARTON APPROVES SHARIA LAW & LIES TO JON STEWART

Last week, David Barton appeared on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart to defend his views on American history. Much of Barton’s dialogue was hard to follow, and he strangely seemed to suggest that he was not really pushing for the idea of America as a “Christian nation,” something radically different from the impression he gives in the Christian community. His comments concerning Hasidic Jews and Muslims showed that he was interested in universal ideas of religion. Perhaps most shocking is that at one point in the interview, Barton actually defended the practice of Sharia Law in America, giving the...

DAVID BARTON: HISTORIAN OR PROPOGANDIST?

Without question, David Barton is the leading history teacher among those who long to hear stories about the Christian founding of America, and as we know, for the past year, he has operated as Glenn Beck’s historian on Fox News. As believers, we all rejoice to hear about those who stood strong in the faith, especially in the face of difficult trials. But does this apply to the Founding Fathers of the American Revolution? Were they Bible believing Christian men fighting to establish a Christian nation?...
